
Restorative Yoga is a slow, all-levels practice centered around stillness in gentle, supported poses for extended periods, and deep breathing for relaxation. Each class will begin with some gentle movement, then will slow all the way down as we explore restful postures using comfy props like bolster pillows and blankets. Benefits include deep relaxation, calming the nervous system, boosting the immune system, helping to reduce anxious, busy thought patterns, and developing a sense of self-love and compassion for self, as well as for others. Props are provided and space is limited.
